Insurance Coverage and Treatment Fees
Chiropractic Fees as of August 1, 2023 (Dr. Jeremy Buhay):
- Initial Consultation Regular Fee: $110
- Initial for Students (Ages 16-23, with student ID) and Seniors (65+): $100
- Subsequent visit Regular Fee: $65
- Subsequent visit for Students and Seniors: $55
- Initial Consultation for Children (up to age 16): $85
- Subsequent visit for Children (up to age 16): $45
- Subsequent visit with MSP Regular Fee: $25
- Subsequent visit for Students and Seniors with MSP: $25
- Subsequent visit for Children with MSP (up to age 16): $25

We can direct bill to the following insurance companies, please bring your insurance card to your initial appointment:

Registered Massage Therapy Fees (Douglas Sutherland):
- 1 hour treatments (Initial and Subsequent): $100
- 1.5 hour treatments (Subsequent only): $150
Cash, cheque or e-transfer only, he does not direct bill to insurance, payment to him is required up front and you will need to submit your own claim.

Deep Myofascial Release Therapy Fees (Marianthi Constantinu):
- 30 minute treatments (Initial and Subsequent): $50
- 1 hour treatments (Initial and Subsequent): $100
- 1.5 hour treatments (Initial and Subsequent): $150
